The iconic car manufacturer, Henry Ford, was once accused of being unintelligent. The accuser tried to prove it by asking Ford several questions he didn’t know the answers to.

Ford responded by saying something to the effect of: “If I should really want to answer those foolish questions, I have a row of electric push-buttons on my desk, and by pushing the right button, I can summon to my aid men who can answer ANY question I desire.”

The takeaway?

For business success, you don’t have to be a genius, but you do want to surround yourself with talented people.

However, finding talent is more difficult today than in recent history.
